Who this is for

Permanently occupied residential park homes in England and Wales that are off the mains gas grid and currently heated by heating oil or LPG. Holiday homes and second homes are not included.

Funding and contribution

Funding of up to £9,000 is provided through the government Boiler Upgrade Scheme and, where applicable, additional installer contribution. Eligibility is confirmed only after a technical survey. A £0 homeowner contribution is possible on many qualifying park homes but is not guaranteed for every property.
