DB Energy Solutions collects the information you provide in the eligibility check so we can confirm your details, assess whether your residential park home may be suitable for an air source heat pump, and arrange a survey and funding application where appropriate.

What we collect

Your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address, your answers about the property and heating, your survey availability, any heating bill you choose to upload, and basic technical information such as the page you arrived from and campaign tracking parameters.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your enquiry and, with your consent, to share them with our authorised survey and installation partners so a survey, quotation and Boiler Upgrade Scheme application can be progressed. We do not sell your information.

Your heating bill

Any document you upload is stored in private, access-controlled storage, is never publicly accessible, and is only used to verify the property address and current heating fuel.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time by emailing dbenergysolutions@hotmail.com.
